For nearly two decades, we've built websites, applications, and software systems for clients ranging from national health nonprofits to precision manufacturers — always with a focus on reliability, security, and outcomes that actually matter.

The Team
Andrew Long
Andrew founded A + L in 2008 and has spent nearly two decades building digital systems for clients as diverse as Johnson & Johnson and Amoroso's Bakery. He holds a B.S. in Graphic Design from Drexel University, where he continues to teach HTML5 and web design as an adjunct professor. Andrew brings a rare combination of technical depth and design thinking to every engagement — and a healthy skepticism of anything that overpromises.
Mike Dombrowski
Mike has been building for the web since 1996 and was the first person to join the A + L team. He's had a hand in nearly every project we've delivered, bringing front-end precision and a full-stack skill set to complex implementations. Outside work, Mike is a professional fire performer and founder of the Fahrenheit Fire & Flow Arts Festival.
Justin Evans
Justin handles the architecture that makes everything run — database design, server-side logic, and system integrations. He also works on independent interactive art projects, which keeps his problem-solving sharp and unconventional.
Kerri Casselli
Kerri holds a BA in English from Arcadia University and brings meticulous attention to detail to everything she touches. She coordinates client relationships, manages project timelines, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She also writes short stories, screenplays, and co-produces a non-fiction horror podcast.
